I'm Tsang Ka Yee, with application no. 256660, I'm terribly sorry for the late inform of the absence of the training course. Due to urgent personal problem, I think I couldn't attend the training course and so as well the By-census 2006. And for no doubt It's absolutely a loss for me of couldn't participate in such meaningful and challenging work.
