一口氣吞左十舊豬肺

金銀菜豬肺湯

材料
菜乾1兩
白菜半斤
豬肺1個
瘦肉4兩
南北杏1湯匙
蜜棗5粒
果皮1/2個

做法
把豬肺的喉管套進水龍頭中, 注入水令豬肺膨脹, 然後用手擠壓排出水分, 重複數次, 直至豬肺變白色。將豬肺用白鑊煮五分鐘, 取出用清水洗乾淨。
菜乾用熱水浸透後, 清洗乾淨, 切 段。白菜洗凈, 待用。
陳皮浸洗, 刮去瓤, 備用。
瘦肉洗淨, 出水。
燒滾水12杯, 放入所有材料, 用大火滾20分鐘, 改用小火煲2個半小時, 用鹽調味即成。
